Pros
The pros are only visible when you first start but it feels like a bait and switch. Promises of flexibility, support and employees having say in changes in a new and upcoming startup fell flat.
Cons
This company seemed amazing when first hired. They let you meet everyone and give you a good grasp of the departments, although much larger now than when I was first hired. Not until a year later were the people that blew smoke about the company to actually say how they feel to me later. It was traumatizing as I now saw that CH was lead by fear from the top down. You will have very high KPI expectations and a lot of employees were let go or exited because of this. Retraining does not help as it is the processes that many have issues with. Genuinely ask yourself why so many have written reviews based on organizational insights and not in anger about one manager or director. This is a whole system issue.
