Pros
The program can help provide people with an option for virtual care that meets their schedule. There is a great deal of LGBTQIA+/DEI focus.
Cons
This company was created by a group of immature, mentally ill, toxic, hostile, gaslighters. The hierarchy of leaders is a joke and made up exclusively of friends and relatives of the founder. The turn over is incredibly high in both the area of sales and the leadership level because as soon as a person sees the reality they are either ousted immediately or they run away quickly. Very sparse cultural diversity. There is a great deal of LGBTQIA+ representation, but that is about it for diversity. Very challenging to promote internally. Recruiters are internally employed and very good at sales. They are not to be trusted. Teams have never hit the goals historically, do not believe them. The goals change each month regardless of what the annual projection is, you can't trust your metrics. Very poor morale. New leadership but they are aggressively working on an image remodel vs. actual cultural impact...this is evidenced by suggestions that leaders make and post positive reviews on job sites.
