Pros
Compensation is above average for this industry, great benefits including maternity leave, a great mission and there are many others that truly do care and want the best, clinical side seems to be working and helping the individuals that go through the program.
Cons
In my specific region the leadership was EXTREMELY TOXIC. I reported it multiple times and nothing was ever done, just was told to deal with it. They say this is a sales job and definitely treat it that way but I have a huge concern with treating a mental health company as a sales role… not every patient can access the treatment due to cost or other issues and if they don’t admit it is your fault and if you don’t meet numbers 1 month you get put on a PIP, they threaten a PIP almost every meeting and push for numbers, many leaders do not care about the mission they only care about money in their pockets. It is really disappointing that not every person especially leaders don’t care about the outcome of the patient. You will be working over 40 hours if you actually do the job because you must be in the field 4/5 days and then you only have 1 day for admin but you need much more than that because you also have to deal with admissions process and creating events, etc…. I was just very disappointed that as a mental health company this job and leadership ruined my mental health.
