Pros
My first 4 years were great. It had a welcoming family feeling championed by HR and management team. The past 2 years, the cultural quickly soured with new HR leadership and frist time CEO.
Cons
CEO is more worried about impressing Wallstreet than keeping and building talent in engineering or management. Be aware of layoffs if you are in engineering or management. In my 6 years there, I saw at least 6 layoff cycles. I saw them coming for my position months in advance. In a nut shell, only work for this company if you are a skilled laborer. I wouldn't recommend engineering or management unless your goal is a short term position.
