Pros

The employee turn over here is horrible and the management have no idea that they are the problem. Most of the people that post a review for the company are consultants that are hired for project work and have never actually been to the office and have no idea how poorly run the company is. There are some nice people and talented people, but I don't know anyone here that is not looking to move on (escape).

Cons

The company does not have any vision. It is a beat you down and work you to death culture. They cut out 401(k) match and bonus and they wonder why people leave.
