      None, unless you cannot show up for work, then this is just the place for you.

      Cons

      HR and upper management do not care about production workers. Raises are non-existent, policies held by HR are thrown out the window, schedule is HORRIBLE!

      Strong collaborative environment. People that are eager to partner to achieve new goals. Good training and they truly invest in their people.

      Cons

      Can be a busy place to work but if you prioritize and partner with your other departments you will create a great work life balance.
