Management does NOT care about safety - Machine Operator Charter Manufacturing Employee Review

Extremely dangerous environment made worse by upper management not caring at all about the safety of its most active employees. Some employees get no breaks throughout their shift due to dangerously high inventory levels and poorly set up scheduling. Very little quality training due to a lack of care given to the billet yard. The employees do the best they can but upper management does not recognize this area as a place of high regard. As a manager once told me, “They don’t make the company money so they don’t matter.”
