      - High energy environment. - Always something new to challenge our team. - Opportunities to grow and develop. - A lot of great people here.

      Cons

      - Salary pay for some positions is too low. Not much difference between high and low performers if they are in the same role/pay scale. - Wrong people making decisions at some levels of the business. Specifically in terms of role, not necessarily competence related.
