      I liked that it was a family owned business and employees are really close. Benefits and salaries are very generous and the family treats everyone well.

      Cons

      There can be favortism, as in any organization. You have to stick your neck out to be heard, but that can be a catch 22 as well.

      Strong collaborative environment. People that are eager to partner to achieve new goals. Good training and they truly invest in their people.

      Cons

      Can be a busy place to work but if you prioritize and partner with your other departments you will create a great work life balance.
