      incentive plan is overall better than other bank

      Cons

      they are overly aggressive and work you until you have nothing left. I'm pretty sure there is a high turnover rate for personal bankers

      pays ok, and almost has all kinds of holiday off, personal leave

      working experience really depends on the branch manager. some manager like to make his own little crow.
