      The training is very good and the experience that comes with it. It is a good launch pad into a higher paying career.

      Cons

      It's very much like working at a fastfood restaurant. You have to put up with being micro-managed by less than qualified management.

      pays ok, and almost has all kinds of holiday off, personal leave

      working experience really depends on the branch manager. some manager like to make his own little crow.
