Pros
Great brand recognition. If you are a sales person there is no other company that will get you in front of more people than Chase, whether lists or lobby. Products on par with other companies for banking and investments. PB / BM positions offer lots of training. If you are hourly, teller or PB work / balance is good.
Cons
If you are any type of mgr, asst mgr, upper mgt or a commissioned salesperson there is no balance between work and personal. No respect from Sr mgt. Constant turnover of Sr mgt means lots of moving targets and no consistant objectives. If someome wants an entry level sales or mgt look at Chase, but if you are looking for long term, look elsewhere. Go to you tube and type in 123 drill and see half a dozen videos on what life is really like at Chase. Turnover is over 40% in some jobs and close in others. In a state with 16% unemployment there should be almost none.
