Pros
Excellent Benefits, including Vacation, Holiday, Personal Time off, matching 401K contributions, Education, and Parental assistance. Raises determined on performance meritocracy. Measured by production performance to goals. Performance reviews are measured on a 20-70-10 percentage. 20% will Exceed Expectations, 70% will be rated "High Meets, Meets, Low Meets expectations", and 10% will be "Below Expectations" and require coaching up to and including termination.
Cons
Few positions below Senior Management have bonus opportunity. Expectations, performance reviews, and pay raises vary, in process and criteria by department and Leader. The Company principles do value diversity (race, gender, religion, weight) however not all Leaders execute well. Production goals are reviewed quarterly and adjusted to maintain a 20-70-10 rating population. This often results in increased production goals and lack of moral.
