Pros
Recently reviewed compensation and team members are paid more fairly now. The company extended free food through the summer. The firm has a good reputation in the industry the company serves. You also get to work with some of the most intelligent individuals in real estate finance on challenging work with ability to be client facing quickly.
Cons
The last year at Chatham has been different. Culture has shifted quickly from an "all together" feeling to traditional corporate with leaders turning more to closed door meetings. Many teams are understaffed and lack training resources. This will likely continue as the HR team has seen high turnover since it got a new head. Sad to see the training and recruiting leaders leave. Leaders are very resistant to change with no ability for flexibility if you're on a business team.
