Pros

Good pay NOT REALLY MUCH OUTSIDE OF THAT will tell you anything to get you int the door. At least you will hit CSI since surveys are manipulated equals more money. All these positions open is not because of expansion.

Cons

LONG HOURS NO LEADERSHIP NO SUPPORT FROM MANAGEMENT COWORKERS ALLOWED TO STEAL FROM COMPANY AND CUSTOMERS (selling services that are not due telling you something is wrong when it’s not) If you go to HR you nothing is confidential you will be targeted/fired or written up. Hard to get vacation time, unless your the manager. basically a sweat shop. NO job security will tell you anything to get you in the door no one is safe if you have a family I would not work here . Can’t trust management. everything with these people is a competition we compete for parking spaces. Your gross profit (which is what your pay plan is based off of) money can be moved to other advisors without your knowledge adversely taking money out your check. Have to read a word script to customers. Will have someone watching you to make sure your reading it. If you are not reading verbatim you will be written up.
