      - Nice and energetic employees. Good culture. Fellow employees care about helping one another. - Amazing perks. They really take care of you. - Transparent and smart leadership. - Industry leader with a positive outlook for the future.

      Can't think of any real issues. Maybe there could be more experience in the company.

      Great insurance. Learning Stipends, etc

      Cons

      -Senior leadership only cares about what is new and shiny. -They treat AI like a religion. Forcing everyone to use AI for everything as though we don't realize that the end goal is to eliminate our roles - All Hands Meetings every month where Senior Leadership pats themselves on the back while ignoring any existing issues. - Support is treated like a necessary evil instead of a fundamental part of doing business. Would prefer to ship the roles overseas or replace with AI - Extremely high attrition for Senior Leadership.
