Pros

The company is cash-flow positive. Free food, drinks, etc. some very very nice people and life long friends. Growth is explosive.

Cons

Management to employee gap is growing. There are always questions about favoritism. Some teams are effected by this more than others. There have been some very nasty terminations and resignations. If they got rid of the bad apples who's teams these apply to, it would be a much better place to work.

Great insurance. Learning Stipends, etc

Cons

-Senior leadership only cares about what is new and shiny. -They treat AI like a religion. Forcing everyone to use AI for everything as though we don't realize that the end goal is to eliminate our roles - All Hands Meetings every month where Senior Leadership pats themselves on the back while ignoring any existing issues. - Support is treated like a necessary evil instead of a fundamental part of doing business. Would prefer to ship the roles overseas or replace with AI - Extremely high attrition for Senior Leadership.
