+ Incredible commitment towards diversity across ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, and ability + Executive management is highly accessible and open to feedback + Culture of humility means that employees practice kindness and respect across all channels. From internal interactions to communications with vendors, clients, applicants, and beyond! +Employees are given a great deal of autonomy to experiment, learn, and make mistakes +Unlimited PTO, with positive reinforcement if you don't take enough vacation

Cons

- work/life balance can be a challenge, workload is truly never ending -product often changes quickly without sufficient notice/training - regulated industry naturally means the work can be stressful

Great insurance. Learning Stipends, etc

Cons

-Senior leadership only cares about what is new and shiny. -They treat AI like a religion. Forcing everyone to use AI for everything as though we don't realize that the end goal is to eliminate our roles - All Hands Meetings every month where Senior Leadership pats themselves on the back while ignoring any existing issues. - Support is treated like a necessary evil instead of a fundamental part of doing business. Would prefer to ship the roles overseas or replace with AI - Extremely high attrition for Senior Leadership.
