Pros

The mission and core values. You work for a company that is and will continue to make a difference. Great perks. The company is choosing to grow in a thoughtful way and you can see it in how often we change to improve ourselves. The co-founders and executive team are awesome. Lots of room for growth. New roles are created out of need which creates a lot of growth for current employees.

Cons

Struggles like most tech companies in representation amongst the executive team. That's why you should apply!

-Senior leadership only cares about what is new and shiny. -They treat AI like a religion. Forcing everyone to use AI for everything as though we don't realize that the end goal is to eliminate our roles - All Hands Meetings every month where Senior Leadership pats themselves on the back while ignoring any existing issues. - Support is treated like a necessary evil instead of a fundamental part of doing business. Would prefer to ship the roles overseas or replace with AI - Extremely high attrition for Senior Leadership.
