      Inexperienced CEO Extremely high Product & Engineering turnover No long term vision, alway changing and still remains unclear Zero job security and no Growth Opportunity "Transparency" is a catch phrase but not valued or practiced Ruthless, unannounced, & unsubstantiated layoff of 3/4 Customer Success team (Directors & Managers included) Too huge reliance on TWO customers, both of which are UNHAPPY and exploring alternative technologies

      Thanks for your tough, critical feedback. That being said, I do believe we have a clearer vision for the future that we'll all be working towards. And while there was some turnover in Q4, much of it was performance and skills mismatches, not a layoff.       -Senior leadership only cares about what is new and shiny. -They treat AI like a religion. Forcing everyone to use AI for everything as though we don't realize that the end goal is to eliminate our roles - All Hands Meetings every month where Senior Leadership pats themselves on the back while ignoring any existing issues. - Support is treated like a necessary evil instead of a fundamental part of doing business. Would prefer to ship the roles overseas or replace with AI - Extremely high attrition for Senior Leadership.
