5yThanks for your review and critical feedback. Indeed it's been a tough year for everyone, Checkr certainly isn't an exception. While not always successful in changing things, Checkr has tried to take actions to affect change against our survey results. We've pulled together cross-functional teams with exec sponsors and come up with different plans and processes. I do agree that there is a need for improvement in execution. I sincerely hope you will give the company the chance to show you otherwise. But thank you for your hard work and patience to this point.
