Pros

Lots of smart people who deeply care about this mission.

Cons

The leadership team is dysfunctional. There is a lot of tension between Sales and Finance. The executives just don't get along and it trickles down to the teams. Daniel, the CEO is easily swayed by a couple of execs and is brutal to rank and file managers.

Thanks for taking the time to write some really tough feedback. There is always tension between sales and finance, which is natural. But as someone privy to meetings at the executive level - I can tell you that our C-level execs are very much starting to gel and I think Checkr will be better for it. We certainly have areas we can continue to improve but I'm excited to see how 2021 has started and will finish. I wish you luck in your new role and thank you for your contributions to Checkr. - Arthur / Recruiting

Pros

Great insurance. Learning Stipends, etc

Cons

-Senior leadership only cares about what is new and shiny. -They treat AI like a religion. Forcing everyone to use AI for everything as though we don't realize that the end goal is to eliminate our roles - All Hands Meetings every month where Senior Leadership pats themselves on the back while ignoring any existing issues. - Support is treated like a necessary evil instead of a fundamental part of doing business. Would prefer to ship the roles overseas or replace with AI - Extremely high attrition for Senior Leadership.
