Pros
This is an update to a review I left earlier in the year, based on a recent change. Strong initial salary offers Transparent salary ranges (although varies by region) Strong health benefits Nice offices
Cons
In my time here the start up "growing pains" have only gotten worse: Still have a lot of institutional knowledge sitting under a handful of people Most teams seem to be understaffed or have expectations beyond what they can reasonably do Priorities change frequently High turnover Unclear on how to actually progress to the next step in your career or salary Decisions are made at the top without feedback or communication about those decisions Flashy company offsite events despite being told to save money Without any discussion the CEO decided to switch back to a return to office. No data provided, not open to feedback. This is all after promising no mandated days in office. If you value remote work, Checkr does not anymore.
