Pros
- Had unlimited PTO and sick time til it was taken away - free snacks in the office - USED to give free stuff for holidays and events, but that was also taken away
Cons
- Everything. You only get far/promoted in this company if you are a brown-noser. A woman I knew was a huge brown-noser and despite giving colleagues wrong information, she was still promoted. Same with a useless manager who didn't even know the ins and outs of her job of the people below her. - Went through multiple managers, HR reps, etc because people were either fired for being incompetent or just left - The company went through multiple layoffs during my time there without warning due to terrible business decisions. Most recent layoff caused 32% of the company to be out of work. - Claimed to try to be "the best place to work" but would take away sick time, "refresh" days for mental health, removed benefits, etc. - Also claimed to be a high performance company but would hire people who could barely operate a computer let alone offer customer service. They would regularly give candidate's wrong information and the team I was on would have to go back to fix it.
