      -Flexible Schedule, especially regarding school schedules -You can earn your own money in tips -High-volume restaurant environment -Relatively short training period

      -Very little room for growth -Exhausting work environment -Unfair standards for immigrant workers -Section assignments were often chosen arbitrarily or showed favoritism
