Pros
This place is good for first time servers who plan on moving elsewhere after a while. You also get 50% off meals which is pretty good. All my coworkers and managers were really nice.
Cons
This place is downright unorganized, from the messy kitchen to having bad hosts that don't deliver silverware and the hygiene. The bathrooms at my location were in terrible condition 90% of the time which customers complained about often, the food is also WAY too cheap which results in cheap tips, and attracts low class customers. The kitchen itself is really not that hygienic, i have seen roaches in the kitchen several times, but the kitchen crew is the absolute worst at bringing food out in a timely fashion or just making it correctly which ruins your tips. The worst part about this job though, is the tip share. As a server, you were expected to do side work which bussers normally do (refilling ice, refilling glasses) which is stupid considering the tip share is high despite servers literally doing everything. The closing sidework also meant you sometimes couldn't leave until 1 AM if you were a closer.
