Pros
I really enjoy working here, however, there is too many employees and managers play favorites. One day you will be in a great section or on for an entire shift the next you can be in a terrible section make 20 bucks and be sent home when slow. I make on average $80bucks a shift. I have made much more elsewhere.
Cons
Pay is decent, typically busy, however menu prices are low and if you cant turn tables you will not make money. Our kitchen can do 45 minutes on some nights which is not unusual, inturn its hard to flip tables and make more money.
