Way too many expectations that can be miss communicated and only expected of new hires. Too much trust placed in server trainers with 4 months of total experience compared to servers with 8 times that. So corporate it’s to the point of no exceptions for simple rules that can result in termination and no managerial decisions are made without some Darden interference which limits all leadership opportunities.
