Management treats you unfair - Wait Staff Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen Employee Review

Management and the games. Favoritism to females in many areas. People walk as they are treated so badly the turn over is horrible. Turn over in management is the same. Management also keeps hidden and not accurate records of things you do, how much work you miss etc. That is great and should be done but like I said they need to be accurate and not false. Zero consistency. The word is getting out not to work there.
