      Pros

      Flexible, lots of servers to get shifts covered or to pick up, relatively fast table turns

      Cons

      Horrible management. A few months after the store had been open for a year there had already been 3 GMs, and assistant managers had come and gone. Trying to get time off is a nightmare. Not consistent.

      Can pick up extra shifts easily, get paid daily.

      many extra assisting tasks, but depends on if you care about that.
