Pros
Pay is good for an entry level job. Management is casual.
Cons
No overtime opportunities (we only make 2.13/hour as servers, I mean come on). Managers can be too lax and sometimes lazy. Managers don't communicate with one another on important issues. Some managers are incapable of listening or taking input, which makes the work environment difficult, however on top of that... The restaurant is run with a general disregard for the corporate policy which prevents smooth work mechanics and creates a hellish environment. Worker's compensation/insurance isn't even displayed in employee right to know information sources. The health and food safety standards of that place are, much like every restaurant, not what they should be. Business is seasonal, which affects your pay drastically (less people coming in, less tips). This list could go on forever. A lot needs to change.
