Pros
Easy work environment. No responsibility. Coworkers had similar personalities. No benefits. Hosts start at $4 an hour plus tips which come from a tip pool from the servers. Extremely hard to move up within the company.
Cons
Everything about this company is a joke. This was my first job and I took it due to the fact I was in school and needed something part-time for things such as gas money.
