Pros
Good quality food and you no longer have to wear a tie.
Cons
The customers are beyond ghetto. They swear at you, throw food at you, threaten your life, don't tip, want everything for free, and complain incessantly. It is just about the worst experience I have ever had as a manager. Servers will get worked to death because they are always short staffed because any server who is worth anything quits after 6 months once they realize they cannot make money there. The check average is soooooo low and the customers are soooooo cheap that there is no money for servers. Be ready for 10 to13 hours shifts and to walk with less than $100. It is the same at every location.
