Good compensation, decent benefits that were reasonably priced. Got to see firsthand how a scratch kitchen operates. Growing company for people looking to move up.
Cons
Poor quality of life. Long hours if you want things to run correctly. Many restaurants are staffing challenged because the volume burns people out for the income they make.
