Pros
If you want a ton of hours this is definitely the place. After your training, as a server, you are expected to be ready to go. They definitely put faith in you to handle all that they give you. The management was actually one of my favorite parts. They hold you accountable so if you don't like that this isn't the place for you.
Cons
The workload is split unevenly between positions within the restaurant (bussers, servers, kitchen staff, etc) with the majority of the workload during shifts going to servers. If people come in that haven't worked at a restaurant before it can be very hectic. There also can be a mentality of "that's not my job" so people don't help each other.
