Pros

Travel budgets seem to have opened up open for some execs

Cons

We got lied to from the very start. In his first all hands, new CTO said 'no layoffs' then this week guess what Massive Layoffs. The vc overlords are investing even less than Experian did...this was a slash and burn short sale. All they ever wanted was the client base which is not going to last them through Holliday.

Pros

We can take the holidays, un-limited paid days off (between vacation and sick leave), evaluated in case you need a LOA instead.

Cons

pay is way below average in the rest of the country (CR), if you work with a retail account get ready to work extra hours because there's usually not enough coverage after office hours and retail accounts are always late
