Pros

A lot of great new talent has been brought into the business, both executive/leadership and just great tactical people. There is also a clear plan and strategy, and it's nice to be out of the ambiguity of divesting from Experian, etc. You can really feel that things are finally turning around.

Cons

It's still a little chaotic at times as we find our way through things.

Pros

We can take the holidays, un-limited paid days off (between vacation and sick leave), evaluated in case you need a LOA instead.

Cons

pay is way below average in the rest of the country (CR), if you work with a retail account get ready to work extra hours because there's usually not enough coverage after office hours and retail accounts are always late
