Pros
For folks willing to roll up their sleeves and help build and grow, there’s a tremendous amount of opportunity. Processes to be designed, gaps to fill, things to create. Feels different here than a few years ago, which is good in many ways.
Cons
So much change, a company reinventing itself, which often means a lot of work. Great for personality types who thrive in these environments, not great for those who are rattled by it. Inconsistent internal communications over the last 6-8 months , lots of employees feeling left behind.
