Pros

Crazy work flexibility (WFH, PTO, come in when you want).

Cons

The company is strapped for cash, but oddly, is hiring people in a haphazard manner (mainly in their Chicago and Indianapolis offices). The satellite offices are in a wierd dead-zone where you’re just as likely to get promoted as you are to get laid off. There’s very little clarity to mgmt’s logic on this.

Pros

We can take the holidays, un-limited paid days off (between vacation and sick leave), evaluated in case you need a LOA instead.

Cons

pay is way below average in the rest of the country (CR), if you work with a retail account get ready to work extra hours because there's usually not enough coverage after office hours and retail accounts are always late
