The company culture is horrendous. I worked in the NY office and engagement and morale are extremely low. The company requests focus and hard work however they lie or don't share exactly what the common goals for the future are. Many of the employees are not fluent in digital marketing, only email marketing which is not the wave of the future. They claim to want to attract disruptors and innovators, but the product is so awful it is not unseating any incumbent leaders. If you are considering working there, ask to see the product roadmap with detailed timing for new features, ask to meet with peers who have been there longer than a year to hear the truth, ask about the review process and how you will be given feedback and rewarded, ask how many clients have left in the last 6 months, ask how many new clients have been brought on in the same time period. These questions cannot be answered definitively and when they can the answers don't look promising. I highly suggest seeking employment elsewhere unless you are a glutton for punishment. The CEO has said he does not believe in machine learning. Is this someone who should be running a tech company?
