Pros

If you know someone whose on the top tier in the company, you're set.

Cons

- HR is a mess, there looks like a lot of turn over there. Not sure if that's a sign or not. - No merit increase for 2 years, pity - No room for growth, unless your team leaves and you're given all the work without the $ to go with it. All you'll get is "you're doing great!" - Benefits are eh

Pros

We can take the holidays, un-limited paid days off (between vacation and sick leave), evaluated in case you need a LOA instead.

Cons

pay is way below average in the rest of the country (CR), if you work with a retail account get ready to work extra hours because there's usually not enough coverage after office hours and retail accounts are always late
