- Very supportive colleagues - Nice working environment - Excellent Work Life balance

Cons

- Top Management not paying much attention to the Infra resulting best quality engineers and managers left the company. - A lot of changes in the top management portfolio, but doesn't seem to bring improvement to the service delivery. - The plan is to be among the top 4 companies in delivering digital marketing platforms, but there's no clear path and plan towards it. - Not a place for you to grow your career path.

Pros

We can take the holidays, un-limited paid days off (between vacation and sick leave), evaluated in case you need a LOA instead.

Cons

pay is way below average in the rest of the country (CR), if you work with a retail account get ready to work extra hours because there's usually not enough coverage after office hours and retail accounts are always late
