Pros
Flexible work from home policy even before the pandemic
Cons
Product: The product offerings are real; however, they are completely disjointed and absolutely not scalable. There are maybe 2-3 customers only that act as references over and over and over again. Any constructive product feedback/needs from customers are ignored. Instead, all product development focus is applied toward only what the executive team feels is the priority. Employee Manipulation: The majority of the executive/senior leadership team are made up of insecure, egotistical liars. Leadership uses and manipulates the employees with lies and blind promises, then throws employees to the side when they get what they need. When employees challenge the vision and direction, they are immediately either ignored or shunned to the point where they exit. Toxic Culture: The culture is horrendous. The teams are understaffed with no help in sight. As mentioned, hard working teams and senior leaders are lied to, used and abused. Employees are consistently leaving at all levels and years of experience with Cheetah. The majority of any positive feedback on Glassdoor are fake posts done to increase the already poor rating. This is a fact! In any career opportunity search, simply review the employee ratings of the company and CEO. Even with the fake posts, the majority of other SaaS companies collect way higher employees ratings than Cheetah. I’ve worked with some great people here, but unfortunately this was the WORST stop of my career and happy to leave this place behind me.
