Pros
The benefits are decent and IT is responsive in the current WFH situation when something is not working.
Cons
I wanted to post a review to support the last few that call out specific troublesome areas. The feedback is spot on. When I joined I was skeptical at the negative reviews but in hindsight, I should have known better. Turnover is very high and on top of that, roles have very little training. Compensation has remained the same (no increases etc.) for the past 3+ years. There is a bonus system in place for this year but very little chance that will actually happen. But beyond these annoyances, the culture is toxic. It's sad to see people leave, particularly women, because they know they will not have the opportunity to succeed or get promoted beyond Director Level. This year's user conference featured Tommy Lee, a domestic abuser who got in trouble for hitting his kids. How is that a good idea? When objections are brought up, they are passed along and nothing happens. Since I've been here there have been 4 layoff rounds and every time, the communication is worse and worse. Transparency would go a long way in explaining, not just hiding the truth. I have enjoyed working with clients but it's impossible to stay here.
