Decent logos but they’re all actively leaving
Cons
1. For sales or anything commission related they WILL NOT PAY YOU. Do not believe you’re going to get promised commission. You’ll get maybe 25-50% of the OTE. I hit 95% ARR goal of my 14+ million and was paid 50% of the payout. 2. The tech is breaking and they’re actively breaking contracts with major companies. They store customer data files that were allegedly deleted or contractually promises to he deleted. 3. They will overwork you and then reward you by giving you more work. 4. Leadership, especially client facing, is no where to be found. 5. Complete tech outage on Black Friday - lol 6. They were “rebuilding” when I joined - I have a feeling they will be rebuilding indefinitely
