Great teachers and staff, committed to doing the best for students.

Administration was extremely controlling and adversarial to work with... unless you were part of the small, male inner circle. Low morale and bullying of specific teachers was common. Teachers not supported in issues concerning parental pressure and regularly thrown under the bus despite evidence to the contrary. Discipline policy was ineffective and teacher input was ignored. Union conducted a climate survey and made the district aware of the 27% approval rating for admin, yet did nothing. Turnover was significant and consistently because management and school culture was so poor.
