You are given a good amount of vacation time. Believe me, you will need it and want to use it quick.
Cons
HR is a revolving door. They also do not look out for the employees and have their best interests at the forefront of their little brains like they should. That along with the overall leadership at the plant has driven morale down below Earth's surface. Management around the Ashland facility is terrible. They don't care about employee development at all but will ask you to work the next 3 Saturdays to get product out the door. There's absolutely no recognition for people that go above and beyond to help the company. As an employee, you are just another statistic on the data sheet. All they are interested in are the profits that the company makes. This helps management pocket an extra bit of money, and they will run you into the ground to make sure all goals are met so they can see their bank accounts go up. Also, there's no security. Anyone from the street can just walk in and no one would even know it. They emphasize how important safety is though. Makes sense....
