You got paid mostly on time Great company idea if it was in the right hands.

The worst workplace environment I’ve ever experienced. The company is full of toxic masculinity and out dated values. There was no policies or procedures to protect employees. All employees were treated terribly (especially females) and I have no idea how the company is still operating. Employees were disrespected and harassed daily on a personal level. Upper management constantly overworked and unpaid staff while threatening employees jobs and future careers. Pay was extremely low and they were constantly changing job titles/role expectations without a salary change, only making false promises of promotions and bonuses.

Great place to work in. Pros: people, technology, career development, salary

Changes are common due to it being a start up , that can sometimes feel overwhelming.
