Pros

Chemonics offers training opportunities as well as self growth. Employers have possibilities to transfer between assignments. It was nice to be around knowledgeable staff and management.

Cons

Salary negotiation is not very flexible. Annual raise is either very little or nonexistent. Sometimes responsibilities are not clear but that gives a good opportunity for taking the lead.
