Pros

- Very supportive of professional growth, and of giving staff a chance to try different things and take on new/challenging assignments - Passionate employees and management who are extremely dedicated to the mission - Nice people!

Cons

- Its reputation as a meat grinder is true. The environment is chaotic and frenzied, people work extremely long hours. The person who pulls all-nighters is considered a hero, even when there may be more efficient ways to get things done. People who work on weekends are regarded as "team players." - Constant churn among senior leadership - Valuing of work/life balance is given lip service - People who work in "support" functions - IT, Finance, HR, etc are not respected for their expertise. The view is that anyone can do those jobs, even with no experience or training

Pros

Truly a great company to work for, they care so much about work/life balance. Everyone is kind and they are like family.

Cons

It can be hard working from home because you never see your coworkers and sometimes you lose that momentum.

Pros

Clear company structure, processes, and tools. Professional development funds available. Easy-to-use and high-quality benefits. Pay is fair for the work.

Cons

"Company is family" mentality, sanitized rather than straightforward communications from executives, poor training, unclear standards of success, vague professional growth guidance and no clear paths towards becoming the ideal professional at this company.
